Learning to Reconnect with What you Need by Listening to the Wisdom of your Body.
Learning to Listen to the Wisdom of Your Body
My work is rooted in a simple belief: the body is constantly communicating with us, and many of us have never been taught how to listen.
My path began in the culinary world, where I earned an Associate's Degree in Culinary Arts from Le Cordon Bleu and went on to work in recipe development, culinary education, food innovation, wellness-focused food businesses, and private chef services. Through these experiences, I witnessed the powerful role food can play in supporting health, energy, and quality of life.
Over time, my curiosity expanded beyond nutrition alone. I became increasingly interested in the many factors that influence wellbeing—stress, movement, sleep, relationships, mindset, daily habits, and our connection to our own bodies.
This led me to study massage therapy, yoga, integrative nutrition, herbal traditions, and holistic wellness practices. While each discipline offered valuable tools, they all pointed me toward the same realization: health is deeply personal, and there is no single approach that works for everyone.
Today, I bring together my background in food, wellness, and health coaching to support clients in building a more trusting relationship with their bodies. Rather than focusing on rigid rules or perfection, my approach emphasizes curiosity, self-awareness, nourishment, and sustainable habits that support long-term wellbeing.
I believe true health is not about overriding the body's signals—it's about learning to understand them. When we learn to listen to the wisdom of our bodies, we are often better able to make choices that support our health, honor our needs, and create a more balanced and fulfilling life.
A foundation of careful study.
In the garden, making art, being alive.
